100% made in Bretagne

The Hénaff adventure has been one of the greatest success stories of a company in Brittany.

The recipe for success of this small company is simple : it has always kept to traditional methods while applying strict regulations required by major international companies.

In 1907, Jean Hénaff, the founder of the company...

In 1907, Jean Hénaff who was a simple Breton farmer, created a cannery dedicated to the local production of garden peas and French beans.

Seven years later, in order to ensure a more stable activity throughout the year, he embarked on a new production of meat canning.

The "farmer-canner" was also an excellent chef. By adding the finer cuts of pork to his blend (gammons and hams) with a clever and ever since secret mix of spices, he created this exceptionally delicious recipe.

So, the famous Hénaff Pâté in its blue and yellow tin was born.

The Company progressively reduced its production of canned vegetables to focus its activity on meat-based products. The genuine Hénaff Pâté recipe has successfully gone into the 21st century.

Today, the recipe is still a guarded secret.

This unique recipe has always remained the same, and is still a guarded secret to this day. The reason for this unique product having so many fans today is due to its unparalleled taste and Hénaff’s dedication to selecting the best meat.

Pays Bigouden

The village of Pouldreuzic is located in the heart of the Pays Bigouden, between Pont-l'Abbé and Audierne near the famous site of the Pointe du Raz.
The Pays Bigouden, located at the extreme south-west of the Breton peninsula has very contrasting landscapes: the Audierne Bay and the Pointe de la Torche are both impressive and wild, the Eckmühl lighthouse dominates the Pointe de Penmarc'h, the fishing harbors are colorful and buzzing with activity... there is so much to see.
You will be impressed by the region’s stunning archaeological and architectural heritage: the famous Menhirs and Dolmens, stone sculptures from the Iron Age, churches etc.
